These terms apply to your use of acepropmanagement.com and the Ace Prop Management phone and text messaging services.
SMS MESSAGING TERMS
Program: Ace Prop Management text messages.
What we send: replies to your inquiries, rental application links, showing confirmations and reminders, maintenance request updates, and property or account notices for current tenants.
How you opt in: by agreeing on a call with our phone assistant, or by giving us your mobile number in writing (for example on a rental application) and agreeing to receive texts.
Frequency: message frequency varies based on your requests, typically 1 to 10 messages per month.
Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
Opt out: reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one confirmation and no further messages.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Consent to receive texts is not a condition of renting or of any purchase.
