Ace Prop Management ("we," "us") manages residential and commercial rental properties in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.
Information we collect. Name, phone number, email address, property address, and details you share when you call, text, email, or apply for a rental, such as maintenance requests, rental inquiries, and showing requests. Calls to our phone line may be recorded and transcribed so we can respond accurately.
How we use it. To respond to your requests, schedule maintenance and showings, process rental applications, send account and property updates, and meet our legal obligations as a property manager.
Text messaging (SMS). If you agree to receive text messages from Ace Prop Management, we use your mobile number only to send the messages you agreed to. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or text messaging opt-in information with any third party or affiliate for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information is shared only with the service providers that deliver our messages (such as our phone and messaging provider), and only as needed to deliver them. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts.
Sharing. We share information only with service providers that help us operate (for example our rental software, phone, and messaging providers), with the property owner when needed to manage your home, or when required by law. We do not sell personal information.
Security. We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information.
Your choices. You may ask to update or delete your information, or stop texts at any time, by replying STOP or contacting us.
